Brewery Trips
Self explanatory. Visit brewery. Sample beer. Fall over.
Cycle Trips
'The Licensing Act 1872 makes it an offence to be drunk in charge of a bicycle (or any other vehicle or carriage) on a highway or in a public place'
Despite a few 'accidents', not happened yet, but I'm assured it's a good way to see the countyside whilst visiting rural pubs and also fun!
Walking Tours
Exercise & Drinking - Do they mix?
Well you have to walk to the pub in the first place, so why not make it a bit more scenic and spend a day of visiting several hostelries whilst passing through some of our great countryside.
Okay, so it's a glorified pub crawl with mud, etc thrown in for free!
Off roading with a pint!
Social Events
Anything from Christmas bashes, visits to other CAMRA beer festivals to inter-branch Cricket.
Suggestions to the Committee for new or different events are always welcome.
National
Community Pub Week
Mild May
Great British Beer Festival
